Founded by Craig Erskine Smith, a respected leader in the dental industry, the business brings more than 30 years of experience supplying trusted oral care products across grocery, pharmacy and healthcare channels, with ranges stocked in over 8,000 locations nationwide including Coles, Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse.

From its Australian roots, Erskine has grown into an internationally recognised operation exporting to more than 25 countries, with warehouses across three continents and teams based in Sydney (Frenchs Forest) and Macksville, NSW.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Processing Officer to join our Macksville team. This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis (including school hours for the right candidate) and is based on-site.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of sales orders across retail, dental wholesale and international channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are accurate, dispatched on time, and supported by clear communication. It’s a hands-on operational position that keeps the day-to-day running smoothly and supports high service standards for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process retail and dental wholesale orders end-to-end, including EDI and internal stock movements

  • Provide proactive updates on order status and confirmations

  • Coordinate international warehouse orders, including preparation of packing slips and invoices

  • Arrange order collection and dispatch from the warehouse and liaise with freight providers

  • Review, reconcile and process freight invoices

  • Work closely with sales teams to coordinate and process customer sample requests

  • Respond promptly and professionally to daily enquiries

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a similar processing or order administration role

  • Experience working in a high-volume data processing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Competency with Microsoft Office and related business systems

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel you’d be a strong addition to the team, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer

  • Full-time or part-time role to suit your lifestyle

  • Flexibility without sacrificing stability

  • A supportive, close-knit team environment

  • Birthday leave

  • Staff product discounts

If you’re looking for a stable role in a growing Australian business and enjoy being at the centre of operations, we’d love to hear from you.
