About the Role
We’re looking for a Processing Officer to join our Macksville team. This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis (including school hours for the right candidate) and is based on-site.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of sales orders across retail, dental wholesale and international channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are accurate, dispatched on time, and supported by clear communication. It’s a hands-on operational position that keeps the day-to-day running smoothly and supports high service standards for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process retail and dental wholesale orders end-to-end, including EDI and internal stock movements
Provide proactive updates on order status and confirmations
Coordinate international warehouse orders, including preparation of packing slips and invoices
Arrange order collection and dispatch from the warehouse and liaise with freight providers
Review, reconcile and process freight invoices
Work closely with sales teams to coordinate and process customer sample requests
Respond promptly and professionally to daily enquiries
Experience & Skills
Experience in a similar processing or order administration role
Experience working in a high-volume data processing environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear and confident communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Competency with Microsoft Office and related business systems
