Royal Life Saving NSW|ACT|TAS is seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Officer to join our Northern Regional Office team. This role is integral to supporting our training and education programs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our regional office.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in supporting course participants, trainers, and internal teams while contributing to the delivery of life-saving education across the community.

The Customer Service Officer provides essential administrative and operational support across customer enquiries, training bookings, financial administration, and office coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and within one business day
Provide support to course participants and clients undertaking Royal Life Saving training
Maintain positive relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare and manage financial reports
Process invoices, assist with bank reconciliation, and manage trainer payroll tasks
Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
Assist with general office organisation and upkeep
Manage public course calendars and bookings
Coordinate group bookings and liaise with trainers for job allocations
Prepare and pack course resources for trainers
Oversee ordering and management of training resources and stock
Complete accurate data entry and course result processing
Ensure compliance with privacy and organisational requirements
The role works closely with teams across NSW, ACT and TAS to support the delivery of training programs and provide a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple administrative tasks.

Experience in administration, reception or customer service roles
