About the role

As a Processing Officer in our Accounts Management team, you will support our members and frontline teams by ensuring all account related processes and transactions are actioned in a timely manner to grow and support relationships.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing 3rd party and government requests
  • Managing the deceased estates process
  • Processing various member requests via PNL Core Banking systems including assisting with term deposits
  • Production and action of operational reports
  • Reconciliation of general ledgers, general accounts and transactional business processing including attending to and following up on any transaction and card disputes
  
What you will bring?
  • Experience in a similar role within banking
  • High level customer service skills and focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of operational risk management framework, and the capacity to maintain awareness of risks, regulatory compliance and procedures
  • Previous experience with various banking systems and the ability to learn and utilize PNL's Banking Systems such as Lendfast, Omniflow, Core Banking Systems, ProMapp
