We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Trainee Receptionist to join our Moonee Beach office.


About the Role

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to begin your career in a professional office environment through a structured 12-month traineeship.

As part of this role, you will formally undertake a Certificate III in Business (Administration), gaining practical, on-the-job experience combined with nationally recognised training.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in supporting our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and managing front desk reception

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries

  • Data entry and scanning documents

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail

  • Providing general administrative support to the team


About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, well-presented, and professional

  • Eager to learn and committed to completing a Certificate III in Business (Administration)

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge an advantage)

  • Able to work well in a team environment

No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
