Looking for a role that fits around family life while still offering part-time hours?
Batey Vigors Accountants is seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.
This is a part-time position based in our office. We understand that school drop-offs, pick-ups and family commitments are important, so flexible working hours can be considered for the right person.
· Answering phones and greeting clients
· Managing appointments and client communications
· Preparing and lodging documents
· Maintaining client records and databases
· Assisting with client onboarding and administration
· Supporting our accounting team with day-to-day office tasks
· General office administration and housekeeping duties
· Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
· Well organised with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable using computers and learning new software
· Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· A team player who enjoys helping clients and colleagues
Previous reception, administration, bookkeeping or accounting practice experience will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
