In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join Rebecca Kent and her team in the Coffs Harbour and Clarence Valley region that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Grow the diversified business market in the Coffs Harbour and Clarence Valley region
  • Play a leadership role and be the face of NAB
  • Achieve business objectives relating to the sale and promotion of highly tailored and personalised complex financial products/ services
  • Develop and maintain understanding of external market, customer dynamics and competition and foster highly personalised relationships
  • Relationship manage a portfolio of very high value customers, drawing on the services of specialists to add value where necessary

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with Coffs Harbour and the surrounding region market knowledge
  • Complex lending skills and ideally experience/knowledge of transactional banking solutions
  • Customer-obsessed mindset; understanding customer needs deeply while helping them to anticipate opportunities and challenges
  • Able to work with speed, accuracy and respect to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
