Your opportunity
Be part of a pioneering new Supported Temporary Accommodation service in Coffs Harbour that is helping to reshape how people experiencing homelessness access and sustain housing support. This innovative, first-of-its-kind service brings together integrated housing and support pathways to improve stability, well-being, and long-term outcomes.
As a Housing Pathways Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and driving housing pathways from temporary accommodation into safe, stable, and long-term housing. You will use your housing expertise to create sustainable outcomes for participants and contribute to building a new service model from the ground up.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Case Managers and Intake Support Workers with Lived Experience, you will help strengthen partnerships across the housing and community services sector and ensure coordinated, effective responses that support long-term housing stability.
