RM Civil Australia Pty Ltd is a fast-growing civil construction company specializing in inground services installation, including drainage, conduits, and HDPE welding for Tier 1 contractors. We are currently seeking experienced excavator operators to join our team. If you have a solid background in civil construction and drainage installation, and you value working in a safety-first environment, this could be your next career opportunity.

Successful applicants should have minimum 3-4 years’ experience in operating excavators over 30t. Proven experience in drainage installation, trenching, and backfilling. The role will include pipelaying and trenching activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in excavator & provide work references,

·Proven experience in drainage installation, trenching, and backfilling.

·Excellent teamwork is essential.

·NSW Driver’s Licence (mandatory).

·White Card (Construction Induction Card).

·Excavator statement of attainment.

·Willingness to work in a team environment.

·Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality, defect-free work.
