About the Role
We are excited to offer a career opportunity in Regional NSW, less than one hour from Coffs Harbour, in a scenic hinterland location. This role provides a great work–life balance within a supportive, close-knit community surrounded by nature, waterfalls, and rainforest.
You’ll join a community-connected service with low educator-to-child ratios, where relationships, wellbeing, and quality practice are valued. This role is ideal for an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to step into a leadership-focused position, make a meaningful impact, and grow within a collaborative team.
Work-Life Balance
This role offers a fantastic work–life balance, including the huge benefit of being paid during school holiday terms. Educators receive paid term breaks at their normal rate and one professional development day per term break to support learning and team connection. You’ll also enjoy working in a small, close-knit community surrounded by nature, providing a supportive and enriching environment for both staff and children.
Relocation Support
Eligible candidates can access The Welcome Experience, a free program providing personalised support with housing, childcare, partner employment, and community connections. C2C Recruitment Group can also connect you directly with the right contact to make your move easier.
