About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:
Embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to guide and inspire your practice
Planning, implementing, and reflecting on engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Following and upholding our Child Safe Code of Conduct
Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s learning and development
Building strong, respectful partnerships with families and valuing each child’s unique background
Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation and records
Participating in ongoing professional development, training, and team meetings
Supporting an inclusive environment that celebrates and accommodates diverse needs
Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met

You Will Need:
Australian working rights
A current NSW Working with Children Check
A completed ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Applicants working towards their Diploma will also be considered
Completed Child Protection Training and understanding of child safe practices
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and National Regulations (2011)
Sound understanding of the EYLF
