What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Work remotely within your own community while delivering meaningful, person‑centred nursing care in our amazing clients' homes across the pristine Far North Coast region, covering suburbs from Ballina through to Grafton, with essential availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Provide supportive, evidence‑based 1:1 in‑home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and medication administration
  • Help Home Care Package and Short‑Term Restorative Care clients maintain their independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing
  • Plan your day efficiently, including travel, documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks, to ensure clients receive timely and high‑quality care

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for supporting older adults to live well and independently at home.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience; aged care experience is essential
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle, with comfort travelling 45-60 minutes as needed
  • Strong clinical skills, including continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management
  • Experience in restorative or reablement‑focused case management
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust, collaborate, and negotiate effectively
  • Confident using MS Office and client management systems
  • COVID‑19 vaccination is highly desirable

What You Need to Know

  • Permanent part-time position with essential availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with opportunities to increase hours over time.
  • Proof of clinical hours of service/years worked as a Registered Nurse will be required to support hourly rates on offer.
  • Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
