Our Podiatry clinic is seeking an organized and friendly team member to join our team. Our company is dedicated to providing the highest standard of health services to our patients. Company values are strongly set around care and empathy toward our patients and fellow team members. We need a reliable receptionist with a bubbly personality and polite phone manner. Ability to multitask in a high-pressure situation is admirable. We are looking for a positive team player who is prepared to go the extra mile for our patients and practitioners. Experience in medical, dental or allied health administration is not essential.
The successful applicant will be expected to run the front desk of our business which includes taking calls, greeting patients and taking payments. In addition to traditional reception tasks, the successful candidate will be trained appropriately in infection control and be responsible for sterilization of instruments and the preparation of the clinical environment.
The position is a casual position with hours varying up to 15 hours a week depending on the needs of the business. The successful applicant must be able to work outside of school hours.
