About the role

Dynamic Care Physiotherapy is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a casual basis in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse patient population whilst maintaining flexibility in your working arrangements. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical function and quality of life.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and rehabilitation needs

  2. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and functional limitations

  3. Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based interventions

  4. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

  5. Educating patients on exercises, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery

  6. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional and legal requirements

  7. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

  8. Adhering to workplace health and safety standards and infection control protocols


What we're looking for

  1. A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist

  2. Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification

  3. Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

  5. Professional approach to patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy legislation

  6. Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload effectively

  7. Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  8. Experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy is advantageous

  9. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practice

  10. New graduate physiotherapists are welcome to apply for this position

  11. Valid Australian work authorisation required, including work visa holders
