About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity for you to play an integral role in our exciting industry as the Park Manager at beautiful Nambucca Heads.
We welcome applications from individuals or couples with a full-time role as Park manager and groundsman.
This is a live-in role and onsite accommodation at Nambucca Heads will be provided for the successful candidate(s). Flexibility to work weekends, peak periods, and on-call shifts will be required.
In this role you will;
Be responsible for the day to day running of Tasman Holiday Parks – Nambucca Heads
Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities
Lead and motivate your team to maximise results and customer experiences
Financial management - controlling operating costs, implementing budgets and P&L management
Successfully manage capital budget
Manage and maintain the facilities to the highest possible standards within budgeted overhead costs
Attending to after-hours call outs as required
What You'll Bring to the Team
You are a strong leader who will actively contribute to the leadership of the Park and the organisation and strengthen its performance and culture. You will also be comfortable running a busy, professional, high occupancy park, and you will ideally have;
Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (Desired)
Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park
Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills
Strong administration, written and verbal skills
Ability to work autonomously and think independently
Ability to establish and maintain a strong and meaningful relationships with key agreed/targeted external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such opportunities
Ability to think in terms of commercial and financial outcomes, and value enhancement
