Arbella Icecreamery is a family-run ice creamery located at the beautiful Coffs Harbour Marina. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our high-energy, friendly crew!

This is a physically demanding role, this will suit someone who doesn't mind being on their feet all day and working hard.

About the Role:

We’re seeking someone with strong customer service and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will be required to:

• Open and close the shop, provide FOH service independently, manage stock, oversee cash handling, and supervise staff throughout the day.

• Assist with food preparation, including pasteurizing our ice cream base, preparing caramels, ganache and other basic icecream recipes.

• Provide outstanding customer service and manage staff effectively.

• Communicate and collaborate well within a team.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay Rates (for 21+ years):

• Base Rate: $36.13 per hour

• Saturday: $43.35 per hour

• Sunday: $50.58 per hour

What We Offer:

• Approximately  25 hours per week (after initial training), plus potential for extra hours during holiday periods/ over the summer.

• We generally maintain set hours each week with a recurring roster.
