Casual Chef / Cook – The Box Factory Burgers | Woolgoolga & Sawtell

The Box Factory Burgers is looking for experienced Casual Chefs / Cooks to join our crews in Woolgoolga and Sawtell.

We're after people who can handle the heat, work efficiently under pressure, and take pride in producing delicious food quickly and consistently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of a high-energy team and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cooking burgers, sides and other menu items to a high standard

• Working across chargrills, flat tops and deep fryers

• Completing food preparation and maintaining prep levels

• Ensuring food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen

• Following food safety and operational procedures

• Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or experienced Kitchen Team Member

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience required

• Confidence working with chargrills and deep fryers

• Strong food preparation skills

• Ability to handle the heat and pace of a busy commercial kitchen

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

• Pride in producing quality food every service

• Availability to work days, nights and weekends as required

• Must have Australian work rights
