We're currently looking for a Level 2 ICT Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll provide Level 2 support across a broad range of customer environments. You'll act as an escalation point for more complex issues, work alongside experienced technicians and help clients keep their systems running smoothly.

You'll be involved in:

  • Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting

  • Maintaining servers, networks, endpoints and cloud environments

  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

  • Working with vendors and third-party providers

  • Documenting solutions and contributing to continuous improvement

  • Assisting with projects and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Technologies You'll Work With

Including:

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure

  • Windows Desktop and Server environments

  • Intune and SharePoint

  • Networking, VPN and VoIP solutions

  • Datto, UniFi, HP, Dell and Lenovo technologies

  • SaaS platforms and cloud services

  • PowerShell and modern endpoint management

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, values customer relationships and has a genuine desire to continue learning.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • A Certificate IV in ICT (or equivalent)

  • Around two years' experience in a similar role

  • Experience supporting Microsoft environments and cloud technologies

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • A curious mindset and a willingness to keep developing your technical expertise

Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications will be highly regarded, but they're not essential.
