Yamba Operations Clerk

Working in an office environment close to the beautiful beaches of Yamba, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily dispatch of this small but fast-growing business.

We are a well-established, primarily online business in our twelfth year and have customised computer programs used to manage the dispatch requirements. We are Australian Standards Certified and are required to adhere to set procedures.

Ideal days of the week would be Thursday and Friday.

Although the primary scope of the role is dispatch, there may be other office type work too if suitable.

Overview:

·        Hours of Work: 12pm to 3pm (approx. and we have some flexibility)

·        Location: Yamba Town

·        Competitive hourly rate + bonus + super

Requirements of the Role:

·        Must be able to be relied upon with a solid work history essential

·        Must be proficient using Windows based computers

·        Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role

·        Reference from previous manager required

·        Dispatch experience preferred however not essential

·        Police check required

 Duties:

·        Fast and accurate dispatch ability

·        Packing light (under 1kg) orders

·        Operating computer system and inputting information

·        Calibration of a technical product
