Based out of Grafton Depot, this role is more than driving — it’s about building positive and professional relationship with students and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport students safely to and from school (including Charter) in a safe and timely manner

• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and the wider community

• Ensuring student safety during boarding, travel, and drop‑off

• Reporting incidents, hazards, or service issues promptly

• Working with CDC management to meet service and operational requirements

• Represent CDC with pride, professionalism, and care

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• A current Australian MR/HR driver’s licence or higher with a good driving record

• A current NSW Driver Authority (DA), or the ability to obtain

• A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
