Looking for a short-term opportunity where you can put your practical skills to good use? We’re seeking a hands-on Attendant Plant Operator to join our team for a 6-week assignment, supporting day-to-day site operations in a safe and efficient environment.

About the Role

In this temporary role, you’ll assist with the operation and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, helping ensure smooth site operations while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor plant and equipment in accordance with procedures and safety standards
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and basic servicing of machinery
  • Assist with the control, processing, and handling of materials or waste streams
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
  • Ensure site cleanliness and contribute to housekeeping and environmental practices
  • Provide professional, helpful interaction with site users and stakeholders
  • Identify hazards and report incidents in line with workplace procedures
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve operational goals
About You
  • Experience in plant operation, labouring, or similar hands-on roles
  • Relevant tickets/ licences (e.g. plant operation, forklift, HR licence) highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn
