About the Role:

We are currently seeking Merchandisers to cover the Coffs Harbour Territory in NSW.

Ideally, the candidate will be able to work 3 days per week.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for merchandising your allocated group of retail grocery and supermarket outlets in your area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product management (Stock levels, position, stock rotation, ticketing and facing) in line with our guidelines.

• Performing shelf relays.

• Building promotional displays.

• Following WHS guidelines.

• Identifying sales opportunities and reporting them to the Territory Manager.

• Liaising with retail outlet Managers and employees.

• Representing the company in a professional manner.

About You:

A successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

• Proven merchandising and retail grocery experience. 

• Great team player. 

• Strong verbal and written skills (ability to send and receive emails).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, honest with a good work ethic.

• Physically fit and capable of some heavy lifting.

• Own reliable vehicle and a full Australian drivers’ license.

• Eligibility to work in Australia.

To fulfil our Duty of Care, the successful applicant is required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance and attend a pre-employment medical, including D&A.

This position is a fully onsite role (No Work from Home), allowing you to work closely with the team.
