The Opportunity

 

As Store Leader, you’ll take ownership of our Coffs Harbour store, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team, and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for someone who loves developing people.

 

What you’ll do:

 

• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
• Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising
• Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets
• Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally
