The Role

You will support the Store Manager at Grafton on a part time basis with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers! 

We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management or Supervisor experience, who is passionate about people, loves retail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

 

What you'll do

  • Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store 
  • Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years management/supervisor experience
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • Be customer and team focused 
  • Have a passion for retail
