If you have a real passion for outstanding customer service, we would like you to join our team to help customers create their ultimate living environment by improving their home flooring and Window Coverings.

We are currently looking to appoint a talented individual, with a proven track record in professional flooring retail sales to join the team at our  Coffs Harbour and Grafton store.  Knowledge of selling floor coverings such as carpet, timber, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Plank and Hybrid is essential.   Window Furnishing knowledge also an advantage. The successful applicants will:

• Sound history in Flooring or the building industry is an advantage

• Want to help customers transform their homes

• Excel in outstanding personal customer service

• Ability drive a forklift is an advantage

• Ability to assist in the Warehouse loading trades as required

• Ability to Work in our Grafton store 1 day a week

• Have excellent computer and administration skills.

• Have attention to detail

• Be willing to work with sales targets

• Be willing to consult in customers’ homes on occasion

Excellent communication skills, impeccable grooming, flexibility and the willingness to work Saturday mornings and have Mondays off as a RDO.
