The role

Terika Pty Ltd (Coffs Harbour Plastamasta) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Sales Representative to join our team at the centre in Coffs Harbour. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

2. Managing a portfolio of key accounts and building long-term partnerships

3. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads

4. Conducting presentations and negotiations to secure new deals

5. Processing over the counter sales/phone sale transactions

6. Providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients

7. Providing technical support and product assistance about specific products where necessary

8. Supporting other team members

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales role

2. Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in a sales management role within the building/plasterboard/construction industry

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems (preferably Accrivia)

6. Energetic and motivated individual with adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

7. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team

8. Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required

9. Previous experience in building materials (specifically plasterboard) construction, or related industries preferred

10. Must have the right to work in Australia permanently
