In this dual role, you will assist customers to find the right parts and ensure timely deliveries to our valued customers. The split between sales and delivery duties will vary by day

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing spare parts based on their needs and specifications.

• Use our computer system and catalogues to search for parts and provide accurate information regarding product availability and pricing.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and conduct deliveries, ensuring products reach customers in excellent condition and on time.

• Maintain an organized inventory and assist in restocking shelves.

• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective customer service.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an auto parts store or similar environment

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components is a essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week, including occasional weekends as needed.

• Must be physically able to lift and carry items safely.
