We currently have a number of opportunities available for capable and experienced labourers for work with a road maintenance team based in Coffs Harbour.

Start Date: 23rd March 2026

End Date: 30th June 2026, with potential for an extension

Hours: 9 day fortnight, 76 hours per fortnight

Pay Rate: $42.43 pr hour + super

Essential:

• White Card

• Licence - essential, with MR licence or above a distinct advantage, but not essential

• Traffic Control Tickets - essential

• Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain (online link able to be provided for successful applicant to be completed as part of on-boarding process)

• Good all round fitness for manual work tasks

• Previous experience with road construction or maintenance would be a distinct advantage

• You must also be willing to undertake and pass a police check

Preferred:

• Current MR truck licence

• Plant operator skills (bobcat, excavator, tractor)

Applicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work and be a genuine team player.
