About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plasterer or construction worker to join our team at TLG PLASTERING PTY LTD' in Woolgoolga, NSW. As a full-time Plasterer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing surfaces for plastering, including applying plasterboard and setting up the work area

• Mixing and applying plaster, ensuring a smooth and even finish

• Sanding and finishing plastered surfaces to a high standard

• Communicating with clients and other tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of projects

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or construction worker with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the building trades industry

• Strong knowledge of plastering and techniques, materials, and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
