We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Coffs Harbour Branch.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer Phones

• Greet customers on arrival

• Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries

• Process Repair Orders and Invoices

• Liaise with Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff members

• Communicate with customers and relay accurate information

To be successful for this role you will need:

• Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

• Be organised and proactive

• Driver's License

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• High level of ambition

• Quick thinking and problem solving skills

• Positive attitude

• Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing environment

• Be part of a rotating Saturday roster

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous experience with Equip or similar Operating System an advantage though not essential

• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Service Advisor
