  • Execute all procedures related to metalwork as delegated on production sheets and relevant Works Instruction Sheets (WIS).

  • Fabricate sheet metal components, ductwork, and assemblies from engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals.

  • Manufacture and assemble flange heaters and associated heating equipment.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.

  • Cut, bend, roll, drill, and form sheet metal using workshop machinery and hand tools.

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.

  • Report and notify your supervisor or management of any problems with equipment and/or specifications on the production sheets

  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

  • Provide your supervisor or management with possible suggestions and/or solutions to problems within the Sheetmetal Team or issues caused from workflows involving the other production teams

  • Ensure the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery, is carried out as required, and report breakdowns to the Production Manager

  • Notify Management promptly of any equipment malfunctions or discrepancies in specifications on production sheets

  • Adhere to additional duties assigned by Management as per operational requirements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
